Tuxedo Platy

Small and cute live breeding fish that is native to central America has amazed many aquarists who want their Aquarium colorful and enjoyable. Their peaceful behavior and their hardy nature always make them a good option for beginners. You can see their active movements during days and Its better to copy natural habitat into the Aquarium by using decorations and plants to have fresh fishes. Flattened and small body with fan-model tail and triangular heads makes them unique and likable. This family consists of many types which some of them has been created in captivity. Most of types prefer alkaline side of water. There are two species which are more common: southern platy and variable platy. They do best in the company of their own kind and require a tank that simulates their natural habitat but they become dull when stressed or sick. The swordtail platy fish isn’t as hardy as other platy species, and requires additional care. Water must always be kept stable and within ideal parameters.
